What we collect
- When you order: name, email address, delivery and billing address, phone number, and order details. Payment card details go directly to our payment provider — we never see or store them.
- When you contact us: your name, email and whatever you tell us.
- When you sign up to emails: your email address.
- When you browse: device and browser information, pages viewed, and similar data collected through cookies.

Who we share it with

How long we keep it
Order and transaction records are kept for six years to meet accounting and tax obligations. Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe. Enquiries are kept for two years.
