Shipping Policy

We ship across the United Kingdom, free of charge, on every order.

Dispatch

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 working days. Orders placed on a weekend or a UK bank holiday are processed the next working day.

Delivery

Once dispatched, your parcel is delivered by a tracked carrier — usually Evri, Royal Mail or Relay for UK addresses. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as it is on its way, so you can follow it to your door.

UK delivery usually takes 7–10 working days after dispatch, so most orders arrive 8 to 13 working days after you place them — roughly two to three weeks. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.

Every order is delivered within 30 days of purchase. If we ever expect to miss that, we will contact you before dispatch and give you the option to cancel for a full refund.

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Weather, carrier delays and busy periods can add a day or two.

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only. We are not able to deliver to addresses outside the UK at this time.

Delivery costs

Standard delivery is free on all UK orders. There is no minimum spend and no surcharge at checkout.

If your order hasn't arrived

If your tracking hasn't updated for more than five working days, or your parcel is showing as delivered and you haven't received it, email info@ashcroftnvale.com with your order number. We will chase the carrier and resolve it with you.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incomplete or incorrect, we will contact you to arrange redelivery.
