Placing an order

When you place an order you are making an offer to buy. Your order is accepted, and a contract formed, only when we send you a dispatch confirmation email. If we cannot fulfil your order we will tell you and refund you in full.

Pricing

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery is free on all UK orders.

We take care to price accurately. If we discover an error in the price of something you have ordered, we will contact you before dispatch and give you the choice of continuing at the correct price or cancelling for a full refund.

Product descriptions and images

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Colours may appear differently between screens, and measurements may vary slightly between individual items. Images are illustrative.

Payment

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payment is taken at the point of order. Your card details are handled by our payment provider and are never stored by us.

Availability

All items are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you order it, we will contact you and refund you in full.

Your rights

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Our Returns & Refunds policy forms part of these terms.

Our liability

We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the value of that order.

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control.

Acceptable use

You may not use this website for any unlawful purpose, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or copy its content for commercial use without our written permission. All content, imagery, branding and design on this site belongs to us.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page when you place your order is the version that applies to that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales.
